CEマーキング EU適合宣言書(DoC)への記載内容について

今回はCEマーキングにおける適合宣言書に必要な記載事項について調べましたのでご参考ください。

・適合宣言書(Declaration of Conformity; DoCについて

適合宣言書は欧州経済領域（EEA）の拡張された市場に投入された製品が欧州におけるニューアプローチ指令に適合していることを製造業者もしくはその認定代理人(欧州域内で指名された代理人)によって文書により自社製品の適合性を宣言したものになります。

・適合宣言書に記載が必要な項目
適合宣言書に記載する内容は概ね下記の項目について要求されております。ご参考ください。

/ 製品名, モデルナンバー
Name and address of the manufacturer or his authorised representative:
/ 製造者もしくは製造者の認定代理人の名称と住所
This declaration of conformity is issued under the sole responsibility of
the manufacturer (or installer):
/ “この適合宣言書は製造者の単独責任において発行された”旨の記述
Object of the declaration (identification of product allowing traceability.
It may include a colour image of sufficient clarity to enable the identification
of the product, where appropriate.
/ 宣言の対象(追跡を可能にする製品の識別; 製品を特定するのに必要な場合には明瞭な
カラー画像を含む
The object of the declaration described in point 4 is in conformity with
the relevant Union harmonisation legislation:
/ “上記の宣言対象は, 関連する欧州連合の法律に適合しています”旨の記述
References to the relevant harmonised standards used, or references to
the specifications in relation to which conformity is declared:
/ 使用した整合規格の番号と年号, その他参照した規格の番号と年号
Where applicable: the notified body … (name, number)… performed …
(description of intervention)… and issued the certificate:
/ 該当する場合 “ノーティファイドボディ ([名称], [番号]) が [関与した内容]に関与し,
証明書を発行した。”旨の記述
